Smoking House is mainly including: Smoking oven, heating system, smoking system, air circulating and exhaust system, drying system, cleaning system and PLC electric control elements. Smoke house is completely constructed of stainless steel and can be easily cleaned. Imported insulating layer to ensure the temperature rising fast and good temperature holding.

Control System:

Smoking house applied famous brand PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi etc) with high quality electric magnetism valves and pneumatic elements built-in and the machine is in relatively stable and reliable operation.

Fully automatic controlled and all real time parameters can be displayed on the screen for your designed presetting.

Air Circulation System:

Specially designed air mixing chamber enables to combine low temperature and high temperature air, smoke and low pressure steam so that the product in the smokehouse can be perfectly processed under constant core temperature to get uniformly cooked and standardized smoked color.

Smoking system:

External type wood grain, wood chip smoke system. Special designed smoke generating unit and inlet system can effectively reduce the pollution of the smoke tar to food, and produce unique smoked product with good color.

Cleaning System:

Configured with efficient automatic cleaning system, cleaning procedures can be set in control system.
